Heaven Route - Dikhotomy

A red London double-decker stands at the kerb, its destination blind reading 15 HEAVEN, TRAFALGAR SQUARE. In the open doorway a Madonna in a deep blue robe holds a sleeping child on her lap, and behind her four winged angels play violin and lute. The wet pavement and the grey street carry on as if nothing unusual were happening.

Digital collage, built from a photograph of a London bus and William-Adolphe Bouguereau's Song of the Angels. Dikhotomy is Nando López, a digital artist in Barcelona whose collages put things where they do not belong. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
