ARTSY Annoncer – our internal advertising tool

What ARTSY Annoncer is

ARTSY Annoncer is an internal software tool built and operated by ARTSY FARTSY® (Reberbanegade 3, 2300 København S, Denmark, CVR DK44714248), the Danish online art poster shop at artsyfartsy.dk. It is used only by ARTSY FARTSY's own staff. It is not offered to the public, and no customer ever signs in to it.

What it does

• Reads performance data (cost, clicks, impressions and conversions) from ARTSY FARTSY's own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API.
• Combines that data with our own shop orders to calculate daily profit and return on ad spend for our shops.
• Lets our staff create, pause and adjust ads and keywords in our own Google Ads accounts. New ads are always created paused and switched on by a person.

Privacy policy for ARTSY Annoncer

Which Google data the tool accesses. The tool signs in with ARTSY FARTSY's own company Google account and requests access only to the Google Ads API scope. It accesses only the Google Ads accounts owned by ARTSY FARTSY: campaign settings and advertising performance figures. It does not access any end user's Google account, Gmail, contacts, Drive or other personal Google data.

How the data is used. The data is used only to report on and manage ARTSY FARTSY's own advertising. It is not used for any other purpose, not used to train AI models, and not sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Where it is stored. Figures are stored on ARTSY FARTSY's own server in Denmark and kept only as long as needed for reporting. Access is limited to ARTSY FARTSY staff.

Limited Use. ARTSY Annoncer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted on request.
